Plans

Essential includes 10 live group hours over 5 to 6 sessions, emailed resources, a private Discord, quizzes, two mock exams and a project. Coaching adds 6 individual hours, priority support and access to recordings. The PTCA exam is not included and success is not guaranteed.

Order

Displayed prices include applicable taxes and are paid once through Stripe or PayPal. The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and payment validation. An invoice is available on request.

Organisation

Sessions are organised in cohorts. The schedule, links and Discord invitation are sent by email. Resources are delivered progressively. A missed group session is not guaranteed to be recovered; another cohort may be offered where possible. Sessions may be rescheduled if the instructor is unavailable.

Cancellation

No additional commercial refund is offered, without affecting statutory rights. If the seller cannot provide the service, rescheduling is offered; absent agreement or performance, amounts for undelivered services are refunded.

Use of content

Resources are for personal use. Sharing, resale, publication or recording without permission is prohibited. Participants may publish their own projects.

Complaints

Complaints must be sent to pytorch@genialchat.fr. French law applies without affecting mandatory protections in the consumer’s country.
